Returns and refunds
Once fabric has been cut and your order has been started, no refunds will be issued.
Orders are only eligible for a refund if they are three (3) days past the stated turnaround time due to a delay on our end. If you experience an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery time.
Once garments have been worn, used, or altered, we are unable to offer a resolution or make any adjustments.
Customers are responsible for remaining attentive and responding promptly to any communication from the seamstress. For example, if the seamstress contacts you requesting missing information, such as measurements, and the required details are not provided in a timely manner, resulting in a delay, the responsibility will fall on the customer and the order will not qualify for a refund
