Shipping and delivery

Turnaround time is 7-21 business days (Monday-Friday). During periods of high demand, such as Eid al-Fitr or Eid al-Adha, processing times may extend to 7-28 business days.

Please note that turnaround time is not determined by the quantity of items in your order.

All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Pickup is not available. Alena & Thread is a online shop. All orders are shipped.

Effective immediately, a signature will be required for all deliveries.

This policy applies to every order without exception

Please ensure that you or an authorized individual is available at the shipping address to sign for your package upon delivery.

Alena & Thread is not responsible for any delays, missed deliveries, or returned packages due to the inability to obtain a signature. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this requirement.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the order.

Please note that shipping costs differ for each purchase. Our shipping day is Monday.

Alena & Thread is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery to the address provided with the order.

If needed, we can confirm the delivery address, delivery date, tracking details, and shipping carrier information so the customer can investigate the matter directly with UPS.

Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot control or be responsible for carrier-related delays during transit, as these are outside of our control.

If a package is lost or significantly delayed during transit, an investigation will be opened with the carrier. Please note that investigations may take 1-2 weeks for a response. If the carrier confirms the issue and our schedule allows, customers will be offered one of the following options: a remake of the order or a full refund.
